Dylan is assigned to a pro bono custody case as Beth opts to not correct a 90-year-old man who signs an agreement believing she’s his daughter. Meanwhile, Liam is faced with the challenge of getting a client to sign with the firm under false pretenses; Addy, who finally speaks her mind, begins to receive attention from her boss; and Malcolm starts at the firm after being hired in an unconventional way.
